Could someone send me a precompiled 0.1 client to me? I'm using Windows. Please RAR the filoes, because my provider doesn't allow EXE files in the attachment:

What for? You'd still need a compiled tmwserv. If you could compile tmwserv you should be able to compile tmw too oO
