Sitting and Trading?!?!

Well this has probably happened to more people than just me but it just so happens that I can't sit or trade (and maybe other things) on my level 43 (I'm level 38 in the screen shot but I level up) character. My in game name for this character is .Holy (my other account in case my sister tries to mess around with my main because she does on all my other games).

Here are two screen shots showing that I can't.

If a mod, admin, or someone could please help me with this problem that would be great.

Have you raised your Basic skill lvl?

I think you need basic skill lvl 3 to sit, but i'm not sure. Maybe it's the same with trading.
