Sometimes, when i kill a rat (i'm guessing those white things are rats ), the game crashes with the following terminate/debug error dialog:

The Mana World: twm.exe - Application Error
The exception Illegal Instruction
An attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction.
(0xc000001d) occurred in the application at location 0x6e8c3203.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Any thoughts?

Does this occur on levelling up? I guess it does as multiple people are reporting this problem. We'll need to debug this part, in particular the part that plays the levelup sound. Disableing sound probably gets rid of the crash.

Yes, now that i think of it, it's possible that it happens on level up.

I'll try disabling sound to check...

Now it happened not on level up (and with sound disabled), but the message was different:

The exception Breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reached.

Never had this one, I'll try to check it.
