crash at creating new character

Hi ,
I read this forum as much as i could and didn't find any other problem like this on 0.0.23 version.
here is my problem :
i loggin, select a server and then have to select a character.
as i haven't any character created yet, i click "New"
the game crashes at this very moment and the console logs me:
Error: Animation: Could not find graphics/sprites/hairstyle2.xml!
i hope i give you enough information for you to solve it...
