Bleaching bug: Dark blue skirt -> Scythe

When I tried to bleach a dark blue skirt, I got a scythe in return.

The bug has been found and fixed. We removed the NPC temporarily until the bugfix has been applied (without the dyer NPC the bleacher NPC doesn't make much sense anyway).
