bug, client exit unexpectly

I was in the create character window. press "ESC" key, the client exit without any notification.

ESC stands for "escape" this makes it close the window. This is not a bug.

It's bad practice from my point of view.
A confirmation would not hurt. (For those who hate them, they should be configurable.)
