Nobody else sees it or it is a big joke on me. I am not sure if this is a bug. All day, everyone has had circlets on (off and on). At first I thought I missed an event and everyone was playing a joke, but...I doubt it would be this big.

It's due to changes in 0.0.26. We know why it's happening and what to do to fix it, please be patient.
