Look im using 0.0.24 and in he setup doesnt exist anything say "players"
in 1 day this functioned but now i dont see this please help me

im using this

0.0.24.1-1: amd64 i386

What exactly is missing? I don't understand your first post.

The Linux version of the game doesn't have the players option in the "setup" menu?
I think the windows version had it.
Also how can i send messages to players far away in the game?

That's because the players tab was added in 0.0.25 (or .26? not sure...). The newer versions are not available from the official ubuntu packet management system yet.

I compiled the 0.0.26 tarball and it still doesn't appear.

Are you sure it's 0.0.26 and not 0.0.24.1 again? The version is printed in the upper left of the login screen.
