UTF-8 issues yet ...

Well, the UTF-8 problems persists yet in some places :
* Any npc with functions or if it´s caller other functions don´t work ( like the soul-menhir, it stops the player moves when clicked ! )
* news.txt don´t work with utf8
* browser texts don´t work with UTF-8 ( the help screen )
* Some random npcs don´t work with UTF-8 ( like the mundial quests npcs Aidan and Ishi, or Nicholas for example )
If some programmer can fix this i will very thankfull.
