'Light Blue Cotton Shorts' are darker than 'Jeans Shorts'

I'm not sure is this is a bug, but when equipped, 'light blue cotton shorts' are darker/more saturated than 'jeans shorts'.
Additionally, the icons for each item appear to have the same color.
I'm seeing this in the 0.0.28.1 client in both Linux (Ubuntu 8.10) and Windows (XP SP3).
