Ban Issue

Hello,
As Many Of You Are Well Aware There Is A System That Automatically Bans People Of A Certain Nature. While I Was Fighting A Enemy (Pinky) I Suddenly Got Banned And I Cannot Reconnect Until The Next Day. I Was Following The Rules Perfectly And I Was Also Being Very Quiet. I Would Like To Know Why This Issue Happens Every Time I Log In To Play The Game.
