I don't know about anyone else, and the computer I put this on is kinda old, so it could be that.  But anyway, if I resize the chat window, which I like to do so it doesn't take up the whole bottome of the screen, all messages get backed way up.  Last night it was like 18 events behind what was happening.  When I reset all windows, it fixed.  But when I resized, it did it again after a little while.  Also, it was only on public chat/server messages.  Party chat worked fine.  I didn't try wisper tab.

We know of this issue and are working towards a solution.

For now use /clear to fix it.
