I'm pretty sure my client isn't supposed to do this..

Post by Hexico »

Hello all. If anyone recognizes me, I might start playing again since I have a summer's worth of time to kill.

Anyways. I downloaded the client and booted it up.. Made a character, and as soon as I start the game, I see this. It's like everything that moves on the screen leaves an afterimage. And for some reason the background isn't there.

This is pretty much game-breaking.. so help?

I run a Mac OS X 10.3.9.

It is unable to load the compressed map layers. Only thing I can suggest is upgrading zlib, but the best option is to update to 10.5 since 10.3.9 is grossly out of date, it would be like the Windows developers trying to support Windows 95.
