Robbery quest talk Dimond

Hi, When I do the robbery quest, after I've talked to the inspector and he said to talk to the leader of the troupe, I go talk to Dimond and I can't talk about the robbery, she just keeps talking about the normal things and there's no way to talk about the robbery......Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
