When I try to log in I am getting the error: Error in SDLNet_TCP_Recv():

I have just received an update today, and since all was well before, is this the cause?

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I've been trying to get in for quite some time now.

I've seen that ... message ... enough to have it appear in my dreams.

Good to know I'm not alone!

Is the link in your post to the 'verbose' install a hint of how to fix this problem?
or is it some server problem?
Any ideas?

It's a server-sided problem. There is nothing you can do about it.
