chat window lags behind

after player tigi posts his list of items to sell. Its weirdly formatted with like 4 newlines and after that it starts. It happens on my manasource git and sugs 29.1 with 4144 i guess

It happens with all versions, I think.
Best way to fix it is use /clear

I add chat line limit and small chat optimisations.

There already was a configurable chat line limit.

There already was a configurable chat line limit.
I add chars limit in one chat message.
