I'm not sure whether this is the right forum area, but I'm going to post anyway.

It appears I have detected a 'GHOST', whatever it is.

It always happened near the Katze cave, so i'm guessing the 'GHOST' was near there.

I have gotten a lot of messages about it, as you can see in the below picture.

I also got another message after that.

I remember hearing something about a Ghost being an invisible NPC, but I really don't know.

Yes. There is an invisible ("ghost") NPC just out the Katze cave used to support that quest.
