My character Daemon_healer has encountered a problem with loading a file "items.xml"..
this is resulting in not being able to load the character at all
Anyone able to help at all???

If you skipped the update window you will get this error.
If you have not skipped the update window, then try getting the updates again by deleting this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\.tmw\updates\www.themanaworld.org\
