Result is that both dialogs are insensitive, so you cannot click your way ouy. I've been able to press Esc to exit the game though.

Client version is CVS from 18th September 2005

Just tested with CVS from now (24th of September) and seems to work fine here. When the die dialog appears you can no longer use the exit dialog, but it becomes available again when you respawn. I recently made a change to this which must have fixed it.
