Missing dialoge

Certain cherecters i speak to do not have options other players are telling me to choose, or some NPCs aren't bringing up the dialuge i need, such as Lora Tay isn't coughing, and Rauk or whoever his name is spelled won't tell me ingredients for dyes, nor does he have the dialouge option.

Server: eAthena
Host OS: Ubuntu 9.10

You need to go through other storyline for those to be available. You need to finish Agostine's quests for Lora Tay and talk to the dyer before you can make dye.

They dyer also doesn't say anything useful besides what clothing you want dyed or to leave the conversation.
