I want to try myself in making icons. This is my first sketch.

Try to give it more texture and it will look more wooden.

That looks more like an crossbow bolt, no offense. Javelins don't have a large metal tip, or at least that big of on. Maybe you should try making a crossbow, that icon would be perfect for the ammo.

Yeah, I know. When I trying to imagine a javelin, I see something like roman "pilum", but drawing a pilum is fair complex task: at 32x32 it looks like toothpick (when fullscaled) or sword (when halfsized). Maybe trying to make a crossbow would be really better ). But, anyway I'll do some attempt to make this "bolt" to look like javelin.

P.S. I've made it transparent and with more wooden pole.

Your previous version is even better in my oppinion.

All my ideas of it has got an angled view, but inventory icons in the game are top-viewed, thats why last variant also top-viewed

The inventory icon perspective is dictated by the fact that we use the icons to portray the items on the ground.

There is a crossbow icon.

How about it? I also got three color variants of it.
