It needs a better outline.
I didn't see if it already hat a name but "Flying Monster" doesn't seem quite good IMO :D, this is why I propose "Behemoth". It sounds good for me.

I am nearly done with fixing all its bad pixels... Is the fact that there are a lot of missing pixels in the monster? To show maybe it is old or anything?
Shading is of course quite important but since it will be in a crypt...

Behemoth is a good name for this monster, don't you think guys?

i was thinking of scraping this do to a perspective problem .....ill play around with it and see if it can be fix in a short time.
if i find that this needs a redoing from scratch ,i can have some thing else ready for the crypt ,a back up mob thats 90% done that i did not finish in time for halloween[[ill post it soon in "Council (invisible)"]]

Light source always come from the same direction. When shading a monster for tmw it must fit all area settings as gm's can summon them. Never shade a monster based on where it will be placed it won't fit tmw's style. We like to use monsters in multiple areas.

Then please fix all what needs to be fixed. I fix the front outline, a love of pixels that didn't belong to the monster, a lot of holes, a lot of greenish pixels... + claws and wings.

Now please, somebody else can edit it (shadow, outline of wings and body, light, etc...)

A frame is missing in the middle column.

We would all be happy to have this nice cute monster in our crypt soon.
I need suggestions, comments, updates, anything that can help this monster's sprite sheet to evolve...

as for as i know ,there are deferent monsters planned for the crypt....
this monsters perspective is way off ,and and should have a -start over-(imo) .......
i willing to help any one that wants to take this(but i will not be doing the pixeling with with this sheet).

--good parts of monster --
whings and the concept

--bad parts--
the sheet it self ,do to perspective and how it fix on a map

a grate way to start pixeling is to open gimp...

The outline around the face is too dark, and the rest lacks an outline. The face especially could do with more detail, and the whole thing needs highlights. Also a death sequence, and left-facing frames (the outline can be the same as right-facing, but not shading). The perspective on the side frames is incorrect.
