With making the bandit, I discovered a hood takes more work than a hat. You need to cover all frames, like for shirts and pants, instead of just a small handful, to get it to work. The other problem is hoods don't always look right with different articles of clothing.

I would love to see a hood, but then we would also be willing to accept that in some cases, it would just not look right.

half of the hats we have don't look right, depending on the hair style.

Unfortunately, equipment cannot be placed behind the playersprite. Thus, at the back of it where it is drawn behind the hair it will be over it.

On larger hairstyles this will look especially weird.

Okay, thanks for the input. since this project seems it will not work i will shut it down for now and work on another, but one thing before i do. 1 question, would we be able to make the hoodies into the hair selection? have it a choice of hair? style can be hood and you can choose a color? i would like to hear some input on this as well.

That would be possible, yes. It may still look odd with some equipment, though - you'd need to try it and see.

yeah but im thinking having it as a selection of hair maybe easier because theyre probably right about the hair coming out of the back.

btw... can you give me the xfc file ? :p I want to done it if you dont want to continue... It can be a good thing for dark magic .. Do every frame is not a big problem I think...

And I wonder something, it's possible to creat different style of a hat following the style of the hair? That can correct some mistake maybe...

You really should release the xfc files for GPL images.
