As you can see i didnt take much time coloring, since its only to get a basic idea of it. If you really need me to color it with details and all just tell me.

It's supposed to be some kinda cactus monster that you find somewhere, i was told to come up with monster ideas and skethes, so that's what im doin :P

im not exactly sure if this is where im supposed to post this, tell me what you all think.

Actually if you want to get started on something. You could really help out by working on our template GUY and template GIRL player.

Use this as a template:

We need to modify this template so that we have 2 complete sets. One set with a BALD guy in underwear. the second a BALD girl with underwear (and braw).

Wow great job everyone, it seems that now the graphic team is working very hard. From tomorrow I'll work hard too on the client! Go on this way :D

Hey krismicheal, if you add the same "the mana world" text of the splash screen to this one, maybe i can make a desktop wallpaper with that.

That looks great! ;)

I don't mean to be a Female dog, wolf, fox or otter but.. Isn't this supposed to be a SoM game?
If so, wouldn't it be better to start by remaking some of the regular SoM monsters to get the nostalgia out of people?

you could do that but what about copyright violations? have you ever thought of how square could act when thy find out that tmw uses obviously stolen gfx from som?

I said remake, not reuse :P
Isn't it about time to contact square and ask them what you can and can't do?

Well I tryed many times to contact Squaresoft (now Square-Enix) and asked them if I could use their graphic but they never answered my questions. I cannot give them a link to tmw since I don't want them to close my site and my project, if someone succeds to, it would be great.
Anyway I'd like to recreate some monsters from the real SoM but only if we're allowed to (who doesn't like a soft rabite) :D

we could open up a petition and collect email adresses or something which we then can bundle and send to square.

Nice bump, this is actually from before I joined this project.

Anyone up for this? (Not going to be an easy one.)

A little bit off-topic from the cactus monster, eh?

As for myself, I can say that square-Enix(c) being the strongest RPG society in the world, I think you can all forget about it and just try providing new content, keeping the SoM spirit, as if we were doing SoM v1.5, or something like that ...

To go for a petition to get SoM monsters import permission from Square-Enix(c) sounds like asking for the permission for importing the code to handle fat filesystems to Microsoft(c).

And that could end up sadly...

In my humble opinion.

Regards,

Ah,

And that monster sounds like a great one.

We desperately miss some boss!

Have a nice day,
