Wow nice! I like that. Try to use maybe a brighter color and for the "nose" of the bird, I think it is good but you can improve the front and death frames. The side frames are good to me.

A bit more shading and also, please try to make feathers.

I agree with everything but the feathers, it's a helmet not a Native American hat. The inner outlines could be more soft but that's it.

I like it too. I think the nose conveys the bird-like appearance. I'm with baseballboy on the feathers - this looks like a functional helmet to me, not an ornamental one. Ali-G has a good point about the shading. I like it, but I've seen some pretty impressive touch ups here that make items "pop." Right now I really like it, but it just needs color/shading to make it "pop" for me.

I'm wondering if you look at some of the warrior armor and draw on the shades used in that armor (and perhaps the golden warlord plate for the feather/nose part).

Just my $0.02.

I re uploaded, I didn't do much but lighten the color, I will do more later.
