Yeah! Like in Zelda:LTTP.
I am trying to decide whether not I think it's cute or frightening... I'd like to slay a couple!

I think a carrot field lvl would be a funny idea with this monsters. Someelse could draw a better field + carrot.
I want feedback xD

side and front view
it looks a little bit more chubby than i wanted but i needed the additional pixels for the details.

It's funny, but it looks silly in the wrong way: try to make the eyes "rollbounce" too (ie. to react to the bouncing).
Static bits tend to stand out in such a flexible and dynamical creature.

i believe the eyes not "rollbouncing" adds to its originality.

They look more airheaded that way too!

It could be a bit more jellyish: fluid dynamics always look cool.

when i'm finished with this i'll go back to my tilesets. creatures are just not my thing. well, or maybe i'll will finish the predator that ultim and me made first:
Oh, dead sprite:

I'd give priority to tilesets.

Oh, dead sprite:
Hahahahaha, I SO want that in the game now.

That thing looks like Scyther from Pokemon...

i am not into pokemon. maybe ultim were inspired by it. the spikes at the back of the head and the back blades were added by him. but when you keep in mind that there are hundreds of completely different pokemon it is hard to design a creature that doesn't look like any pokemon in one way or another
Anyway, this thread:
http://forums.themanaworld.org/viewtopi ... 6&start=30
would be a more appropiate place for comments about it.

I just love that pink thingie
. It's so cute... I guess I'll never level up by killing them. I just couldn't.
