I'm working now with .xcf files, so weapons and horns can be added as a new layer (not removed, just hidden temporaly). Here's a quick version with weapon included and attack frames on both side views.
Next week I will start with front/back views, let's give centaur some time to see it evolving with your suggestions.
EDIT: Progress on front view redraw added, still without weapons.

No plz dont add the horns. They loke like hair to me at the side view. xD i like the legs and the muscels. But the upper part at the horse body is looking like a side view... Oh and why is the human part looking like a dog? Fantasy?

The only criticism I can give is that the front view has no up and down, also it looks like its stomping in place rather than moving forward.

As my work is quite slow due lack of discipline/time, I put all animation frames on a spritesheet and
decided to test it ingame with a .xml to can get some fun from my frustration of cann't finish it yet.
Centaur (60% version): North view and dead frames undone, but placeholders on position)
