This item is already in game. The Fey Element, which is the Boss at the end of the Rossy Quest, drops that at a rate of 50%.

Oh hell yeah! Me was reading the wiki every day when me was a noob. Asking ppl at Hurn isnt always the best way cuz most of the ppl ignore new players!
