Could someone post an example of each animated tile please? That would help a lot!

Slower animations would already be an improvement I think.

The coast animaion itself is great. But the waves appear out of nowhere, because the main tile is calm. This looks strange, in my opinion.

Is this slow enough?
I wonder, but maybe with 1-2 new frames the animation would be less lagging. The main animation looks ok, but the second wave need much variation tiles apparently. Maybe a 8 directional?

I think I'll add one more frame... Unfortunately I can't really add variation animation tiles (without complicating things).

Yes I understand, But at least, one more could be very good.

Thinking about revising the look of the ocean tiles, how is this?

Color is much better, but I wonder about the sand tiles, maybe are they too dark?

Edit: Maybe using the color from WOA?

@Len: Nice job. The top left animated beach tiles still need some fixes. You can see a part of a dry sand square...

Can someone test this? If it works I'll clean it up and move on to something else...

It's not a map testing, but an animated floor concept for stava's Giant Squid.
