Here is a screenshot on some pants I'm making, tight green pants with a belt. Would fit to get in a forest area I guess. Tell me what you think.

I think they're over-saturated but the brightness-difference is too low; the border is too bright compared to the brightest colour used.
Also the buckle is too yellow instead of gold/copper/brass/bronze. Too saturated and too single coloured (no highlights or shading).

the shading is much better. but somehow it still looks a bit plain. how about accentuating the knee a bit or adding some noise?

Yea and it still is really green... try decreasing the saturation a bit.
