This quest was made some times ago by Bernhardt but never got released. In this quest, you need to help Hetchel and bring her the materials to get the Silk Pants.
1. complete the Lora Tay quest
2. complete the bandit quest (kill the bandit lord)
3. help Hetchel wipe her tears (requires level 46+) ==> @warp 068-2 62 84
4. give Hetchel a RedCottonCloth
5. go see Crastur in the bandit lord cave ==> @warp 011-6 174 255
6. go to the lowest level of the pirate caves and open the chest
7. give a Bandana to Crastur
8. go back to hetchel
9. give the plans to hetchel
10. talk to hetchel again
11. bring the materials
The first step can be skipped by talking to the Hetchel debug and setting the Lora Tay quest state to 11

After Lora Tay Quest, the Lora Tay quest status is 10 instead of 11 that i need to adjust it in debug but I'm sure normals players can't.
