For this month i am hoping to accomplish the following

website design
- Design it like Ragnorok (includes finding a font that i like and think you will all like for the site design)

- getting some drawrings done, might take me a while but i think they will work when i scan them and start my work..

- new interface design

- finish forum (some tweaks left, might leave it until i have some sprites that everyone likes done)

anything else you guys can think of don't hold back!

Can't we use some Sprite Packets from the RPG-Maker?

They look like Secret of Mana and other games.

Are you talking about the original ASCII sprites or the ones you can find in sites dedicated to rpg maker?

i have also started getting images i think look like som graphics style....which can be used as well...ill be posting them up soon

Well many "chipsets" used by the rpg maker are ripped from old snes rpgs so we cannot use them because they own to their respective producers.
But...yeah I'm using secret of mana graphic for dev stage so I think also other graphics are welcome
