in fact.. its just drag and drop with the cursor.. in ultima you can move all the items and change the dispositions, chairs, lights, cups, everything...

Is this also possible in Ultima online? I doubt it. We may implement this when you're inside your own house, but the whole estate thing will have to wait until we get to it.
