[REQ][WIP] Change some Legion member's race.

As per the storyline change, we have to redesign some NPCs to fit the new lore.

Here is the list of dark Raijin NPCs that have to be changed:

Carmie: the sprite can be changed through the XML, I will handle it.
I will come up with a list of light Raijin later.
