Hurns new NPC sprites
Re: Hurns new NPC sprites
The contrast from its eyes is too strong in comparison with the rest of the sprite. Eyes uses the contrast level from Evol/Fusion, although its clothes use the a low contrast level, even lower from TMW/Legacy's NPCs or equipment sprites.
Example for some correct colors: On the left you can see the old version from TMW (past-wushin), on the right the version from Evol/Fusion.
TMW uses a high level of saturation while Evol spaces up the contrast on a large range of hue, and uses a low saturation level.
RHL did some good tutorials for palettes if you are interested.

Also, from my example you can see the different pause used by the NPC, it breaks the current player sprite style and it helps to differentiate NPCs from Players.
p.s.: you can use a pre-existing palette from one of our item/NPC if you just want to speed up your spriting.
Re-using an existing palette is time saving!
