He's saying the foot on the extended (right) leg looks like it's floating.

I actually believe it looks like the heel is on the ground, but the foot is in the air, most people don't have one leg bent with the complete foot on the ground and the other one strait with the complete foot on the ground.
Perhaps test this and see what it looks like.

You meant the heed shouldn't be on the ground, or the complete foot should be on ground? Right now, the heed of the right foot is touching the ground. Now, I am confused.

I still think it looks natural. The heel is on the ground, and the foot is in the air. Try sitting with like that with both feet touching the ground. Then try sitting like that with the heel on the ground and the foot in the air. Which on feels more confortable.
