Well, if we stick to leather, I've got these different styles:

From left to right:

Buckle & shredded leather hanging off, just buckle, plain leather belt, and studded leather belt. Do any of these styles work for you?

A female version for pants? There's not a bulge in the male version is there? lol. I wasn't aware there needed to be male and female versions of pants. What would be the difference? And any thoughts on which style you'd like to see completed?

There are some people (me included) who would prefer a more feminine movement of the legs of the female player sprites, but Modanung, who made the player sprites, doesn't seem to intend to change it.

Ok, so this brings me back to the question of which pants version do you want to see made? Studded belt? Plain belt? Buckled belt? Buckled belt w/shreds?

Personally, I think I like the studded version.

Then use the studded version.

You may receive the first one if you wish so, the Judge, before I make it droppable or buyable.

I just got an idea...if someone could recolour this armor...so we could have gold armour etc. with various levels of defence.

Regards.

Recoloring is low-quality stuff. Of course it's better than nothing but I just don't like it.

Well. Chainmail chest armours are usually all looking similar, they are being made from different materials, and it not prevents us from making some higher class of armour later, for example plate armour. That's why I think a recolour would be nice.

Hey now, don't pin things on me I never said. I prefer a more feminine walk as well, but there are things with higher priority and I'm short on time. I also think the walking animation to the east/west should be changed.

I like the belt with just the buckle best, btw. But the buckle needs some imrpovement. More visible, less contrasted, less yellow, more gold/nickel.

I think the pants could use some more ornaments btw. Things like leather parts. Maybe something like this:

Yeah if your gana have PLAIN chainmail then you Need to put robes and leather clothing over it.
Or have leather included into the chainmail..
We should have that have Under armor like thin Leather and plate you can wear under your regular armor..
Just need some more equipment boxes... and stuff

Hey Platyna, if you'll look earlier in the forum you'll see I'm working on a golden chainmail. BTW, I'm on spring break now, so look for the chain pants here in a couple days, should be able to finish up the golden mail too hopefully. Is the chainmail in the game yet? I haven't been on in forever.

I think you can still claim the first, since I don't think it's droppable or buyable yet.

And after months of inactivity, I did a row of chain pants. I still pretty much suck at pixeling. So take a look. I figure I do a row a night, they'll be done in a week. Sweet.

I would suggest you to do the belt without dithering. otherwise the dithering pattern from the rest of the pants "carry over" creating a weird effect. You should also use a color for the belt that is more distinct from the skin color. At first glance I thougt it was too short and it was skin showing through.
