Well I've made this hair style for the females character. Is not a magnific work, i know but is the base of the style. I would like to know if it is corect. It miss the shading, because i'm not a pixel artist, and i dont know a thing about shades and it's my first pixel art work in my life. Maybe someone of you can shade it.

If you want to contribute something do it, but dont ask others to finish your work.
Have a look at the Pixel-Art Tutorials(including Shading) in the wiki:

Sure you can ask it... just don't expect it to be done. Because most people have little projects of their own.

Really good considering that it is your first try. I couldn't do much better. There are still some small problems, but nothing that can't be fixed.
These parts look strange:
And you shouldn't use such a strong outline because the other hairstyles don't have one either.

The strange things were because i wanted to give this style:
After a "fast fix" it looks like this... if it's ok i'll continue with the sides and back view:
PD: When ill the developing team release an update? to see if my contributions were added. Where can i see it?

For technical reasons the female hairstyles must be integrated together with a new release. When you want to monitor the changes to the developer version you should subscribe to the themanaworld-commit mailing list. Then you will receive an automatic email whenever someone changes something at the developer version. But note that you will most likely receive a lot of overhead with stuff you won't understand when you aren't a programmer.

Try to add more colors and waves to the hair, also it need to be a bit taller
look, i took you picture and edited a bit, added more hairs, 1 more color
The way to draw pixel hairs is the same as drawing manga.
look at this tutorial:

Now if we would sir-lance's top half of the hairstyle and Yuuki's bottom half we'd have a great hairstyle.

Nice cooperation provides nice results.
Keep this up.

I still have a lot to learn, but i make my best:
I'm concerned about the hair in the eye, i don't know if it's look fine

After some experimenting, I have created the curly long hair female hair set.
Hopefully, this funny style can be used in the game.

Saphy, could you try to make it less blurry? It is very different from the others style-wise.

Let me make an overview here.
We have currently space for 7 hairstyles. On TMWServ we can increase this limit arbitarily (the theoretical limit is 256 without changing the netcode). But as long as we are stuck with eAthena we better keep it at seven.
So this is everything we got so far:
Number 1: complete
Number 2: complete Animated short ponytail by Modanung
Number 3: side view missing Collaboration between sir_lance and Yuuki
Number 4: complete Long curly hair by Saphy
Number 5: completed two braids
Number 6: complete Long waveless hair
Number 7: complete
When you don't want to continue one of the styles then please say so to make organisation easier. In the meantime I will make the necessary programming changes to distinct between male and female when drawing the hairstyles. When we got a complete set of hairstyles the next step will be to unify their color palette to make them look more alike, align them correctly in spritesets and create the color variations.
