Looks nice so far. Already trying animating it?

But please don't use Jpeg for pixel art. No matter how high you set the quality you will always have artefacts that destroy your image.

The best format for pixel art is PNG with 32 bit color depth. When you are using a program that can't handle PNG then use GIF (only works properly when you use less than 256 colors and the program supports optimized palettes. Otherwise the program will distort the colors or add dithering). Use BMP when you have to but never use an image format with lossy compression.

Yes, i'm already trying to animate it, about JPEG, i'm using this format because the image hoster is to bad, XD i'll use PNG next time

What if the arm shorten as it drop to give it a 3D feel? Instead of moving up and down.

Its looking good. Have you thought about a name for it? "Alien" would work, but its a bit too generic. Something more exotic is definitely needed in the game (for both sprites and monster names).
