Strump is German. The fact that he can even attempt to communicate in the very limited words he does know in English is a good enough attempt to get his point across. He might now understand your post at all.
Let me translate:
Sie Burschen wären weit überzeugender, wenn Sie gelernt haben, passendes Englisch zu benutzen.
Now my German Friend can read what you posted. One thing I keep in mind is not everyone in the world speaks English. Being American we think that everyone else should just learn English. I don't mean to be insult full but I thought I'd point that out. In fact most of the players in TMW are from Northern Europe.
Again in German so Strump can actually read it:
Jetzt kann mein deutscher Freund lesen, was Sie aufgestellt haben. Ein Ding, das ich bedenke, ist jeder in der Welt spricht Englisch nicht. Um Amerikaner zu sein, den wir denken, dass jeder sonst nur Englisch lernen sollte. Ich bedeute nicht, Beleidigung voll zu sein, aber ich habe gedacht, dass ich auf das zeigen würde. Eigentlich die meisten Spielern in TMW sind von Nördlichem Europa.

That does not change the fact that this is an english forum.
