i wanna know which prog i have to use to create one

Any graphic editor which is capable of handling PNG graphics with alpha transparency.

I suggest GIMP or paint.NET

It is indeed possible to use photoshop, but not advised because it has a lot of tools you do not need and you have to buy it for a lot of money. GIMP can also be used on a Mac and it's free.

Helmets can be any size. You can use other helmets as an example. the icon needs to be 32x32.

The second death frame (bottom right corner) isn't needed. You need to cut out the areas where the head will be. The male set and the female set. You only need the five frames you already have, as the head stays steady.

the areas where head will be is the black area at the botton of the hat???

If you don't cut out where you want the head to be in front of the hat, the hat will be entirely in front of the head. The perspective on the hat is off as well. It needs to be a 3/4 perspective.
