I don't think the head is to big either. Children do have a proportionally large head. Perhaps not this big, but it's common in animations/drawings to exaggerate that effect to make it clear that it's a child.

Perhaps, this is a more realistic size.

My biggest issue is not the size of the head but its position. when compared to the player sprites you will notice the head on the player sprites is farther froward on the shoulders and can not see the neck. That is because the perspective is looking down at a 45 degree angle.

and if you want to do a children, u can do when we star 0level you are a children and you grow up.
When you are in level 50 you are medium age, and when you are 90level you are old :D

If you want to triplicate all current player sprites, go ahead, we might add it to TMWServ.

Oh boy, ManaMaster, learn the art of shading. Or rather look up the word in a dictionary, first.

As a proof that the same template can also be used for girls I made one:

Blacklord and ManaMaster - please use 32x64 pixels with a transparent background (although that does make the white bobble invisible, it needs an outline to show up on forums/snow).
I put Blacklord and ManaMaster's images together:

The NPC file is 50x80 pixels per NPC. And we don't need to be restricted by that either.
