It needs some stronger shading. Use darker and lighter brown.
And even when the sword is that small, it can still have many highlights.

Try different colours
This picture shows well that bronze can look
almost white or
almost black.
Hmm... it was bigger than I thought...

On the long run weapon icons should be designed to be recolorable because on TMWServ you will be able to craft weapons from a lot of different materials (or combinations of them) which affect the color of the crafted weapon.
