Very, but still a good reference and introduction to the situation we have. (As opposed to a 14 page thread on the forums.)
Anyway, we're derailing the thread. From now on let's keep this thread about the sex change npc.

Show and tell again.
I took a few days pass to get some fresh eyes on this.
I made some pretty important changes.
Here are three animations.
1) Open and close coat
2) Scissors display / paranoid looks
3) Blink
I'll probably add a more suspicious look to his eyes for the paranoid look.
Thoughts?

Looks really great so far. Please tell us when you consider it finished so it can be compiled to a spriteset and integrated into the game.

Each (unique) frame needs to have it's own spot. Look at some of the animated NPC work done by kr0n05.

The distances between the frames look uneven. This will make the sprite jump around when ingame. Can you please post it in PNG format with transparent background?

The distances are uneven. The first two sprites are offset by 64 pixels, while 2 & 3 are offset by 58 pixels.
That image does have a transparent background.

When you examine it in a graphic editor you will notice hat the anti-aliased pixels of the head are mixed with white.
