About smooth animation, still dont get a good effect with 3 frames ,
maybe I will need more but im not sure how water should move.

Try adding 1 frame in-between your current frames and fewer MS (milliseconds) between frames

CF - IB - CF - IB _CF _IB
6 frames, 20% faster
