Double Hook Knives

I think it would be cool to have Double hook knives that you hold one in hour sheild hand, and each of them would give +50 attack, or like +10 Dexterty, And you would have one especialy for the left hand, and one for your right hand. The Green Circles on the Hilts represent Mana. Im not the best artist but its a good Blueprint if somone wants to adapt it. Ps. What is a good program to Disign these pictures?

The maximum size for item icons is 32x32 pixel. Also note that an item icon has to be similar to the others. (Almost) all melee weapon icons have the weapon alligned diagonally with the hilt pointing to the lower left corner.

I would expect someone who can make such an item to be smart enough to save the image in a format other than jpg

When you create pixel art be sure to save it in PNG format. Jpeg is a compression algorithmn specially made for photos. When you use it for pixel art it creates extremely uggly artefacts.
