We are not going to have orc's in TMW (afaik)

Comments on the art itself: the first one fits the world better IMO.

When you want it to be a monster you should go for a different stature and body language.

I would also suggest not to call it "Orc" because I consider it very uncreative to copy the same old fantasy stock creatures.

I agree.. Orc will definitely not be the final name,
in fact this project was just sort of a gauge of how my art would sit in the mana world

I have since abandoned it for other designs, soon to be posted about ;)

can close this if mods like

I liked the version 4 better. The darker eyes and the shading around them give it more character and the changes at the outline were unnecessary. But it was good to remove the stray alpha.
