I made it more realistic by addng a reflection.

Its a good start, I think what Kage means, is to have reflective walls as well.

On a more serious note, what is the official guideline for reflective surfaces? I can't find it anywhere

There isn't one as we've never discussed it. Reflecting just the map tiles and not beings would look odd.

For ice "reflections" (could also work for water) I'd use an underlay with alpha channel transparency on the actual tiles. One parallax underlay and one animated sparkle should do the job quite nicely.

No one has seriously thought of implementing this yet.
