To me the vertical fence tiles look like they have a lot of ivy or moss growing on them and that doesn't seem to match the horizontal tiles. Perhaps a little less green and more black would solve this?

In comparison the stone looks pretty unharmed to me when you see the rusty and crooked fence.

no i used gimp thanks :P and ps paint would still see the color and make it solid

the new fence looks awsome but the only things is were it is broken it looks completely clean and u would think that the fence there would be the worse part (rusty). I think it needs more rust in specific locations less than just random spots.

Going for the idiot solution for the vertical fences. Still doesn't look right, imo. Maybe I will do something else until I get the idea how to fix them.

maybe every five fence lines bend one or two than every three bend one or twp try matching the paturn on the ones going from left to right? just an idea

You should chop off some more of the tops entirely

Also, have a few large gaps that people can squeeze through

I was thinking the grave yard need some thing to make it look more creepy maybe this will help.

I don't think you should have large lumps of concrete as the base: the fence should go straight to the ground.
