Question re: Forest-Cover tileset (moved from wrong group)

Is this tileset intended to be used as groundcover; ivy perhaps, as in the left-hand picture (where the entire tileset can be walked on)?
Or as a tree crown canopy in an impenetrable forest, as in the right (where the entire forest would be collision-blocked)?

Or do I get to choose?
thanks,

I'd rather see it used as the former. For the latter, just place a lot of those trees.

Where'd those non-integrating trees pop out of?
Also does not really work as top growth due to being griddy. Somehow when it is on the ground level the effect seems less obvious.
Nice birch or willow trunks, though.

They're a new tileset that I've been using for new woodland maps (see more at
http://forums.themanaworld.org/viewtopi ... =13&t=6755 -- I've taken over this mapping job).

I can't take credit for the artwork, unfortunately
OK, I'm using it as ivy/groundcover for the forest.
